How it works
Evidence-based therapy that goes beyond typical counselling.
No matter what you’re facing, you’re likely looking to better understand yourself, change your life, or find meaning within the challenges you face.
As a counsellor and philosophy professor, I integrate my experience in cognitive science and neuroscience, my expertise in attention, and my background in philosophy and mindfulness — giving you a holistic approach to therapy that takes into account the most recent research into the mind.
